These Bonus Terms and Conditions apply to all bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and promotional rewards provided by SlotLounge. By claiming a promotion, you accept these terms together with the general SlotLounge Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility
Bonuses are available only to eligible registered players who meet the legal gambling age, use one verified account and reside in a permitted jurisdiction.
Unless stated otherwise, each bonus may be claimed once per player, household, address, payment method, device and IP address.
2. Bonus Activation
A promotion may require the player to select the offer, enter a bonus code or make a qualifying deposit within the stated period.
Bonuses cannot normally be added after a deposit has already been completed.
3. Qualifying Deposits
The minimum qualifying deposit and maximum bonus amount are displayed in the relevant promotion.
Some payment methods may not qualify. Cancelled, refunded, reversed or disputed payments are excluded from all promotions.
4. Welcome Bonus
The SlotLounge welcome offer may include up to A$22,500 and 350 free spins across several qualifying deposits.
Each stage may have separate deposit limits, bonus percentages, wagering requirements and expiry periods. Welcome bonuses must normally be claimed in the stated order.
5. Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds and free-spin winnings may need to be wagered before withdrawal.
Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements may range from 35x to 40x the bonus amount.
For example, a A$100 bonus with a 35x wagering requirement requires A$3,500 in qualifying bets.
6. Game Contribution

7. Maximum Bet
Unless another amount is stated, the maximum permitted bet while wagering a bonus is A$5 per game round.
Exceeding the maximum bet may result in the bonus and related winnings being removed.
8. Restricted Activity
Players must not create multiple accounts, use another person’s account, place opposing bets, exploit technical errors, use automated tools or apply low-risk betting methods to complete wagering requirements.
SlotLounge may cancel bonuses and winnings connected with bonus abuse, fraud or prohibited activity.
9. Free Spins
Free spins may be limited to selected games and must be used before their expiry date.
Winnings from free spins may be subject to wagering requirements and a maximum conversion or withdrawal limit.
10. Bonus Expiry
Bonuses, free spins and wagering requirements must be completed within the period stated in the promotion.
Expired bonus funds, unused free spins and incomplete wagering progress may be removed from the account.
11. Withdrawals
Players may request a withdrawal only after completing the applicable wagering requirements and account verification.
Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active may automatically cancel the bonus and any related promotional funds.
12. Bonus Cancellation
Players may cancel an active bonus through the account area or by contacting customer support.
When a bonus is cancelled, the bonus balance, free spins and related winnings may be removed.
13. Changes to Promotions
SlotLounge may modify, suspend or cancel a promotion where required for legal, security, technical or operational reasons.
